7:30 could not agree more with that. Big reason why I'm not sold on a lot of the producer rounds personally. Alot of the beats are sick but the singing just ain't it.

Producer is my favorite category, but i do agree that for some or even most producers, the actual lyrics and singing is a bit of an afterthought. Antrix's lyrics for example make no sense at all 😂 but if you just ignore the lyrics, it fits nicely into the beat of the song, which is why it's pleasant to listen to.
This is not the case for everyone, for example syjo's newer songs sound fantastic. still dancing between good and cringe, but im sure we will overcome that hurdle one day
