does anyone remember when riftmaker had 15% bonus true dmg AND +5% magic pen per legendary item? back then it had omnivamp too.. .this is the first buff this item has gotten.. after like...20 nerfs. -_-; p crazy
@@js4981 yeah.. i mean 15% bonus true damage is pretty nuts.. tbh I think 9% bonus true damage is too much.. it shouldn't be true imo. especially considering how shit kraken slayer is comparison. i mean, it might be decent if the duration of its stacks lasted longer than 3 seconds.. but naw.. it's too easy to lose the stacks. blows my mind people get it at all. bork(as bad as it is now for adcs) out damages it on practically every ADC.

update: you can also run cdr shoes for ghost and runes for summs cdr to run around the map like a speed demon, can otp for void staff 2nd to just pump out shit ton of damage as well if they go mr
Got question about Vlad R, it says "marked enemy 110% dmg from all sources". It is 110% dmg from all sources instead of Vlad dmg or this part is not working? In practioce tool i was using compo with and w/o ult, some amount dmg.
@@js4981 doesnt matter at all lol? if you play ap brand top with lyandris, run it down 20 times while smashing your face on the keyboard, you will probably have the most damage in the game but still youre the reason you lost
@@maxr9380 yes cuz with brand you just need to smash your face on the keyboard to do dmg, but especially with a champ like sion the only way you can output dmg is by doing plays... no matter what you have to say baus is challenger, he is 0.01% of his server, we can criticize as much as we want but he is a million times better than us and that's a fact
scorch + absolute focus is deceptively strong in the early lane phase with poke champs.. but only really in the early lane phase...mid-late game it becomes kind of useless. There are only so many damage runes you can get.. ya know. and the blue ones are VERY strong early game, but are infinitely weaker than the red and yellow ones mid-late game. Just depends on what you want to do really..
