Shangri-La Bangkok is located along the Chao Phraya River and is a quick stone's throw away from all the sights and restaurants that Bangkok offers. We enjoyed the amenities (outdoor pool, gym, steam room/sauna) as well as the multitude of dining options (Thai, Dim Sum, Italian).

Peninsula Bangkok might be worth a visit in the future :) It is a bit more annoying (on the other side of the river so you need to wait for their boat) but awesome views!

That's the plan for next time!! Being on the ICONSIAM side doesn't hurt either :) So many good options on the Chao Phraya River... FS and MO just down the road are also on the list haha
