if you want to see their growth as individual singers you should watch their vocal evolution. seeing how good they were especially so young is amazing. it also shows us that halle does even show us her full range as much as chloe does

Halle (and her sister) have excellent technique, they are literally classically trained. Should they have been born a couple of decades ago to gain your approval, perhaps go get your ears checked out if you can't tell the difference between your personal preference and objective metrics of quality.
