Mój tata miał kiedyś prawie identyczne, też 5d, czerwone i z silnikiem 1.0, tylko miało trochę inne kolory tapicerki (i też miało jeszcze czarne tablice).

This Uno sounded quite rough at idle, most of the times the vacuum pipe close to the distributor, or the distributor itself, might be the culprit.
Weird how it's the Italian-made Uno and has two ventilation levels, I thought this was only on Polish Uno
