What did you film this with? The detail is incredible on that camera. Most cameras are not going to be that good, so while 8K is amazing, it's mostly pointless because most media is not filmed on that level of camera. Cool tech anyway.
@That guy with the brain. you are correct in that most movies have been produced with 2k intermediaries, but just being UHD does not mean they have high bitrate. For example, most netflix, amazon prime etc 4K streams are only 10-18 mbps,, whereas the bitrate for just 1080p bluray is around 40 mbps. If you've spent the big $$$ on an OLED it's worth atleast trying the full quality of blu ray.

Looks awesome LG, unfortunately the TH-cam compression sucks (1 example is 1:08, in the background with the green leaves & droplets, the TH-cam color banding compression looks horrible) so is there a way to download or buy the 4 & 8k demo samples anywhere?
also they didn't upload HDR data correctly so the video is NOT HDR on youtube. do a search on youtube and filter for videos WITH the HDR tag, then you'll see the difference

Lovely work as always. Capturing Landscape and Nature at their best. #LG , this was really soothing and had perfect visuals that had clarity of their own. Each element and object in the scene had their own exclusive look while perfectly complementing and blending in the whole scene.

Looks stunning on my Acer 4k HDR monitor BUT the problem is that the vast majority of content any of us would see if we bought one of these 8K OLED TVs would not look this good . And that's a big issue for me when the cost of the TVs is so high.

Why is my whole YT App turning grey when i watch this Video? Same happens with PS5 Gameplay. When i go into the Miniplayer or click another Video everything is Back to normal.... 👀

They most likely used a RED camera with the vista vision sensor .

What do you mean? I understand TV screens are really large, but when you sit in a distance it looks really good.
The HDR + OLED is the selling point IMO. I'd rather have OLED HDR and only 1080p than 4K or 8K and bad/no HDR, it really does look that good.
