Danielle, that is awesome... I really like these! Now... is Grandma Camp an actual 'thing' or your name for when you've got the grandkids for a week???
@@QueenBeeCreations That's what I call it. So far I've only hosted my granddaughter for a couple days away from Mom and Dad. She was only 6 last year and not too sure about leaving them but we had fun, sewing, baking, and art. Hoping to have some of the boys here this summer (10 yrs, 6 yrs, and 4 yrs.)
Awesome, Cindy! You are so creative. So many possibilities to play around with. It could be fun to try making one of the panicle hydrangeas that have a different shape…cut the filters to different size circles before cutting petals!2 questions…is there a reason you cut first and then painted? And what kind of paint did you use to make the washes! Thanks for more inspiration!
Hey Wendy! I used a watercolour wash but any paint that won’t dry stiff would work. I think you could paint them before cutting if you like, so… no special reason for the order. I think in my head it was to ensure that I got the colours I wanted ‘where’ I wanted but now that I’ve done them I don’t think it matters.
I am making myself a flowerpot halloween costume My fingers are burnt to a crisp. This is not a good time for me to have my fingerprints taken. My flowers are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for your inspiration
Wow, very impressive! Great color choices too! Have a happy day today ❤❤❤
