Ever placed 2 garage doors flat so when open, you can run across them and when closed act like giant barriers? If destroyed they act as a moat that's impossible to cross?
Can I suggest a self made lighthouse on a giant rock in middle of an active area? Build ramps up and around rock. At top tower. Then kleig lights and generator at tip top. If construction kits allow. Make top a huge face. Mouth, nose, eyes.. light em up.

You can do that by adding a garage door base side on the last part of the "bridge" if you rotate it but then it's impossible for anybody to get to or in the base unless there is sombody at base to "open" the garage door-floor.
