Your child seemed very well behaved when looking at items in that store. Picking one up, looking it over, and putting it back nicely. Our eldest was like that, but our youngest would have pulled whole shelves down if allowed to just walk around at at that age.
It's kinda amazing to me that stationary is so popular. Several people I follow have featured it in videos. Sharla runs a subscription stationary business on the side. I just feel safer being able to backup important data rather than writing it down. It's searchable, can be edited, sorted etc. But, stationary still has a strong appeal for some.

Yes ! It is a bit bigger here than Some other countries ! I think for me I always have to write down when my period started for example or study notes if I'm learning anything new so that stationery would be useful especially haha and I know they practice a lot of kanji characters and 3 alphabet systems so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with why they have many stationery ? Because when they're learning that growing up they need to practice 😆
