    hello Dr!
    do you usually give Anti-Inflammatory drugs after finishing cases ?
    to reduce any potential discomfort ?
    I usually do, but Ive been practicing dentistry for less than a year now I don't have much cases under my belt, Im giving AI drugs as a prophylactic measure and i think itsbetter for the pts.
    love to hear your opinion about this!
    thanks for the amount of info your giving us for free!

    In case one doesn't have a system which includes a booster tip, would you recommend going gradually up in file size instead of skipping directly from 25 to 45 ?

    hi doctor ali . love your videos . i am a new graduate and i have tons of questions on endodontics but i know you are busy and dont have the time to answer them all . i live in the middle east so endodontics is really primitive and i am getting better education in here than an entire semester in colledge so thank u for ur nicely done videos i only hope they are longer because i feel u can give so much more especially on youtube . however i have to ask about sodium hypochlorite as an irrigant because i feel it is so weird that we use it to clean canals and our toilets at the same time . i mean with all the advances in dentistry we still use it and havent come up with something else with better odour and less irritation . i know there are others like edta but SH is very popular to this day . thank u again doctor .

    Do you recommend RC Prep paste when instrumenting? How about Endosequence Canal Clean before obturation? Thank you.

    sir do u obturate in single sitting in case of periapical lesion, like in this case or u give some medicaments n recall the patient for obturation at later appointment?

    thanks. I am a bit concerned that in three month a final crown has not been placed to seal the rct securely. Please comment so I can
    Understand better. Thank again. Btw,I am learning a lot from you.

      In away it shows that your technic is so perfect that in spite of lack of a crown it actually is healing
      And the radiolucency is disappearing. Good for you.

    Am I seeing decay in the three months recall xray?

    • @AANasseh
      @AANasseh  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, not decay. It's just increased contrast from the digital radiographic image on the screen. All decay was removed during the endo and this was only 3 months later, not enough time for significant decay.
