I appreciate that even when you add in light music, you still allow the natural background noise to come through - much easier to be immersed in the actual experience rather than being distracted from the dance/party music so many other vloggers include. I'll never get to visit NY or really anywhere outside Cali, so I must visit vicariously. Well done, Dr. Dray!

Truthfully, I really enjoyed the La Guardia tour. I landed there about 10 years ago and compared to other international airports it was a dump. The renovated airport is so clean, modern and seemed efficient. You looked like you enjoyed your trip to NYC and thanks to the vlogs so did I.
The old airport was awful
In NYC, I believe JFK is the international airport and LaGuardia is a domestic airport.
Love these come travel with Dr. Dray on work trip vlogs. It’s interesting to see what the workshops are like and what the audience learns and questions asked.
I enjoyed the LaGuardia tour! What an upgrade! It look so much more improved from when I was there 7+ years.

My husband had to travel to Laguardia to pick up a family member around 1984,and really complained about that airport and how hard it was to find your way around. He couldn't believe it when I showed him your video. You get to see so many great places! Thank you,Dr. Dray!

Happy Sunday Dr. Dray! I always fly into La Guardia when I visit my sister unless I’m near a train station. The transformation is truly amazing. I love visiting New York but having lived in big cities all my life I’m starting to lean toward quaint for daily living and popping into the city when I just need a fix. Thanks for taking us along. I think it’s time for a visit.

"There's something sinister about Mountain Dew." 🤣 I will never see another bottle or can without thinking of that line! I loved the tour of La Guardia. The last time I was there it did not look like that! It was the shabby, sad airport that always had flight delays. My last flight out of there was interesting, though. I'd gone to a conference in NYC when Hurricane Irene hit. Tons of flights were canceled so we had to stay an extra day. Which turned out great because that day the weather was beautiful. Anyway, there were so many people at La Guardia trying to get wherever they needed to be. We had to wait for a while on the lanes leading to the runway (the tarmac?) and I remember looking out the window at all of the other planes waiting to take off, lined up like the spokes on a wheel.
Love your eye glasses Dr Dray! So cute! Enjoyed everything about that airport, I loved the Peter pan purse! Thanks for sharing beautiful New York! What an adventure! I loved taking my daughter's to FAO Schwartz when they were little! Thank you again for sharing! 😘🙌😍✈

Wow, I just came through JFK going to and from Europe in the last two weeks and man do I appreciate the new La Guardia. JFK is horrendous! La Guardia looks so nice! Fun vlog, definitely appreciate seeing the airport!

It was my first time in New York earlier this year😊. Heard beforehand about La Guardia being the worst airport but was recently renovated. Still lowered my expectations. So when I finally saw it, I was like damn! La Guardia haters need to revisit this super nice airport!

Seriously, every time I fly, I try not to think too much about how it really makes zero sense that a plane can fly through the air like that. Crazy.
Have you ever visited Graceland? It’s very interesting. It was the schnizzle back in the day, but it’s very understated by today’s standards. Still pretty fascinating to see how they lived.

We frequent NYC at least twice a year as our son lives there. My husband has been after me to book flights to/from LaGuardia instead Jfk to check out the new airport. Last time we were at LGA, terminal C I think, there was a single dumpy premade wrapped sandwich and bad snack shop. That was it! Next time I will try LGA. It looks great!

Loved your trip and airport tour, Dr. Dray! My husband flew out of LaGuardia a number of times in the past and was quite impressed with all the renovations and upgrades that have been made. He was just glad to see it CLEAN. You're so cute with your observations, Dr. D. Now you're back in Houston (used to love there in the 80's). Went on to Clear Lake and am now in Arizona. 1. Yes, I’ve seen Hocus Pocus 2 - filmed here in Rhode Island - cute, silly as expected.
2. Best hands down waterproof mascara is Lancôme Definicils- how do I know? Went into labor in daytime with two of my three (now 20-something) kids whist wearing Definicils and it actually did not smear, smudge, flake, or wear-off.

4. Glad to see Tribeca again - my middle daughter used to live in Brooklyn, kinda miss that excuse to visit the big 🍎

Loved the LGA tour! Fyi, Anker chargers are fantastic. Avail on the Amazonian. We own 3, one each for me and my hubby to tote around, and a larger one in our "power outage" drawer at home. Even after months of sitting around they still have a full charge. Highly recommended.

I don't even remember if I'd unpack the suitcase immediately, it's been a long time since I went abroad (NY!) last time.
I miss the strong aroma of coffee in the station or airport before departure.
Thank you for the airport tour! I actually *LOVED* airports as a kid, thought they felt so full of romance. It changed after 9/11 when security got intense, but it's still one aspect of flying i look forward to.
In the neighborhood of where you walked earlier there's an awesome old used-book shop called Mercer Street books - tiny but always manage to find something unexpected and kinda rare. Also the Angelika theater, where you you can still spend many a darkened hour taking in an indie or foreign movie.
Thanks, I'll remember to add these places to my list when I next visit NYC. I would have liked to have seen a peek of what the band was like at The Roxy.

Would like your scientific thoughts on the equipment measuring skin hydration.
Same! I swear my skin has near zero hydration at baseline so it’s uncomfortable to use super occlusive products because I’m just sealing in my dry skin
I‘ve been really enjoying these business trip vlogs. I’ll be taking my first one to Seattle next month, which I’m really nervous about, but seeing these have helped me prepare 😊
