I pray for wisdom, discernment and understanding often, expecting to be zapped with an abundant portion of each but it doesn't work that way; at least not for me! I found out in order to become wise, discerning or understanding, I have to go through a pretty rough process to show God (and myself) just how serious I am. It's kind of like praying for patience and anyone who's been there, knows what I'm talking about! If you don't mean it, you'd best not pray for it! You could be biting off more than you can chew yet. Best stick to the milk of the word for now! 💗

I pray for wisdom, discernment and understanding often, expecting to be zapped with an abundant portion of each but it doesn't work that way; at least not for me! I found out in order to become wise, discerning or understanding, I have to go through a pretty rough process to show God (and myself) just how serious I am. It's kind of like praying for patience and anyone who's been there, knows what I'm talking about! If you don't mean it, you'd best not pray for it! You could be biting off more than you can chew yet. Best stick to the milk of the word for now! 💗
