Player controlled Wheelbarrow Dragon is probably the best cavalry-like unit. Blackbeard doesn't really have better alternatives. How is Samurai Giant bad at all? He's a better brawler than the Pirate Queen. Ullr no longer freezes himself/his allies. And Lady Red Jade is severely underpowered, not worth her price at all.
I know how crazy segie units go when hit by Cupid

all you need for cheerleaders to be op is to have 5, they are good with ballistas and hwacha all you need is 5 because 5 start to make the recharge time into 1 or 0 but by no means spam

The only reason the type window unit is good it's because it can one shot anything or mostly

Whenever I use teacher he just tap dances until he can attack and 60% of the time he misses.
You forgot to mention how the Shogun can send himself through the map and either kill himself or become useless stuck in the ground.
