Doc, always a pleasure to see you under the almond tree. My white Anosmum was loaded with flowers and the fragrance is intoxicating. The pink is still in bud. Just ordered 6 more they grow so fast and many babies. Can’t believe how many they have. Everything is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing always a thrill to see. Big bears in the wild get very strong because they eat orchids and other wild edible flowers.. SALUTE. Ease off with the watering anytime from October and you should get it to bloom. Yes they smell really amazing somewhat like raspberry. Lol. I really hope you will get yours to bloom next season. Hello friend, yes I do cut the old canes for the Den. Anosmum and Aphyllum only because the plant looks better when the new shoots eventually blooms. I really have not seen the old canes rebloom. I cut them after the new shoots have started growing so that the plant can concentrate on the new growth. I don't always get the time to do it though, especially these last days.🤦🏼♀️ I'm happy you love my grow area and not to mention our country. I really enjoy being here, especially in the rural parts. Hello Juleth, they are in the usual gravel and charcoal. Whenever they are mounted I realize that they require frequent watering or prefers to be kept in an area with high humidity. I hope yours will bloom for you soon. Blessings!
My white bridal orchid Doc is the height/lenght of you and I.bloomed twice last year,has not started to bloom for this year.I need to pruce up the medium and place it in its original location.I think it is not happy with the shaded spot.

In my country The Philippines, we call those orchids in the almond tree, like the ones with purple flowers "sangumay".
