Why not any state registration can practice anywhere in India.
It's actually to prevent quacks to practise as Registeration from other states maybe misused by creating fake registration certificate.
Provisional national registration numbers (pdf) are released in NCISM website sir according to states
Ya few are uploaded... But, what is the exact use of these in relation to practising outside state privately and in institutes r not clear... Like only giving number and not defining the benefits... It is also used illegally to maintain on paper teachers by the institutes..

When NCISM gives instructions for registration, I will make on that. Now, NCISM has replied to RTI query that central reg ka process abhi ho raha hain but complete ni hua hain.

State registration provisional se ho jata hain.... jab ncism protocol dega central ke liye baad me, tab dekhna padega kaunsa documents zaruri hain... abhi filhaal ni ho raha hain.

NCISM abhi sirf ye list upload kar raha hain lekin iska benefits abhi reveal ni hua hain.... mein jaankari milte hi inform kar dunga..

CCIM site se jo 3-4 saal paise liye te unka kisika central reg number aya ni.. woh fraud hua hain 2000 rs har ek doctor ka.. uske baad NCISM ne koi form ni nikla hain central registration ke liye.

Abhi NCISM website still under construction aur officially unhone declare ni kiya hain ki central list ka kya use hain jo website mein daala hua hain....usme kuch states aur kuch practitioners abhi complete ni hua... toh tab tak apka rajasthan registration kafi hain... jab central official declare hoga, tab hum dekenge uske baare mein detail me.

Registration can not be in RGUHS as RGUHS is University providing degree... Are you having KAUP boards Registration of Bengaluru?

Usually KAUP Board has most irresponsible people working...So, you can mail them and ask for appointment..... If you have any friend in Bengaluru, better to as them to confirm physically regarding when to come for registration... They should reply to mail in 2-3 days..

Registration apke degree aur marks sheet adhar pe hote hain...yaha neet ka koi role ni hain.

NCISM has not clarified the use of national register yet.... So, it is still under process and maybe after completion, they may announce the benefits of national register.
Sir i have same problem.. i m so worried i really dont know what to do cause thid states having so much problems to register someone from other state and now due to this stupid reason i cant practice from २ years
If you are permanently settling in present state, it is better to get NOC from previous state and get new registration. From practise point of view, it is always state registration which is safe.
