I already had a video on profile, but I'll update both the video and the portfolio and see if that works out or not. In case it does not work out, is there any way to make your profile again? Renew it somehow? Since my job success score went low because of the technical mistake from the Upwork ( The message from the client did not reach me he sent screenshot afterwards, but I did not receive any such message and he filed a complaint, I later on also completed the work and submitted it) Do you think Contacting Upwork would help? depends on how many contracts are idle. if you have other active contracts with more earnings then it won't be an issue even if it goes more than 3 months. Won't be a problem for now. if it goes way more then 2 months then end the contract yourself and ask the client to restart the contract when the lockdown is Over.

I usually request my clients for this: instead of saying "please increase the budget" i usually ask more details and say: "seems like the actual requirements are little different than the requirements mentioned in the job post so i think the quote needs to be revised." most of the time i get a response like "How much?" :)

as it is your first job, it may not have a big impact for now as your jss won't show up. one thing: you shouldn't have accepted his offer about a WordPress job if your profile is related to graphic designing. always discuss requirements with the client before accepting an offer.

my 5th job was my biggest job money wise but client didnt like it and we decided on refunding. Now the job is not even in my history which is great but it made my JSS 53% :( and now even with 4 completed job I have a bad JSS due to one bad job. What is the solution? I am currently doing a job Equal to the amount I refunded. Will doing this job well help me recover?
contracts without earnings are not going to show up on your profile but their private review will hurt your JSS if its a bad one. It will recover a little bit depending on other factors as well.

Seems like you are in a neutral position currently. what about your communication with those previous clients? because if everything is ok then its probably because of the private feedback from clients. those are only affected because of communication delays.
