Field trip coming up!!! Have a fun visit with your sis. I don’t know how you do it all- jobS(plural) & eBay, and just life stuff. eBay can take so so much time, I can’t imagine doing it FT. Never enough hours in the day. You may be sentimental (obvi), but that’s part of your charm & why we all love you, just as you are!

Those planter/pots that don’t have a drainage hole are for violets. The water in the bottom pot gradually seeps through the terra cotta to the plant so they don’t get over-watered.

Hi there! Judy Smith is a potter from Arizona. I see her pieces fairly often and have sold a couple of her things. Sadly she has passed away. Also, my goal is to have a whole set of the Noritake Bahama. I only have a creamer and sugar. Those cups/saucers almost made me want to drive an hour to get them lol. I'll wait until I find them closer to me. And as other have said the Arabia of Finland is a great brand. 😊

I have been struggling with my organization of my selling things. I use clear bins so it i can see in them. Even though a lot of my things are breakable i still stack them in the bins. I try to somewhat keep like with like. My biggest goal is to keep track of what i paid for an item, and when i listed it. If something has been sitting with no interests i want to donate it. Try and keep things moving. I actually should say that my biggest goal is to keep everything kept to a certain area. Right now its like my thrifts threw up everywhere 🙄
Its all a work in progress..continually.
I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling. I knew I wasn't. It's a lot of work. It's hard when you're on your own and you don't have the space and the income yet to be able to expand!! We will. One day. A piece at a time.
I am German, and that German plate you had at 6:39 with it's title it would be what is called 'Denglish', i.e. a mix of English and German, 'Apple' being English and 'Kuchen' (meaning cake) is German. It's actually seen as hip and funny to mix these two languages in modern times both for British and German folks.

Listing stuff on Ebay is a time consuming PIA, which is why I have things sitting in my basement. It has to be worth the effort for me and I'm not even busy like you are! So, to be honest, I think you should concentrate on buying things that have more meat on the bone value wise. And I mean that with all due respect! I know, like me, you enjoy the shopping more than the listing, and, like me, you sometimes buy things out of sentimentality. I recently bought a squirrel figurine because I thought he looked lonely. What the WHAT? I assign feelings to inanimate objects. I know you do too by the way you reunite pairs and assign genders to items. Anyway, look forward to seeing the Vegas shopping and maybe your sister's pixellated face. ❤
