Taken few weeks ago and thanks to Harry for telling of this event and you get the whole lot in this video. John Deeres 6620, 6910 & 6920S here with Kuhn rake and Welger AP830 and a Flat 10 sledge. Manitou with flat 10 grab collects the bales. Filmed in Hampshire, UK.Watch in HD for best quality.

why do you still make parallelepiped bales? What use do they have, given that round bales are easier to handle with just one operator?

These bales are sold for horse people, they can be moved around by hand too, other tan that i dont know, I only filmed it but dont know what else they do with the bales.

I don't understand why they don't load them right on to a wagon right from the baler. Extra tractor, Extra help & extra gas no thank you farming is already very costly operation!

Works for them, they've done this way for years, lots of people do it this way, so its the best way for them to do it, not everyone's made of money and those autoloading wagons are of a large expense. Neither you, or I, know their financial situations and if it was with a wagon on back with people loading it by hand, there would be their wages too...
