We had a annoying noise, so we had to take the dashboard open.

Perfect description - thank you for sharing your exploration - it helps a lot.
Motivated by this video, I have now turned off the metallic vibrations in my NV200.
With the Tekna with automatic air conditioning, the radio is even easier to reach: simply reach under the plastic part at the rear of the gearshift and pull upwards - then you can access the upper panel (video = 1:50).
The problem was another: the head unit of the Nissan navigation system had various badly processed sheet metal parts (the heat sink of the circuit board also caused noise), which vibrated at certain speeds.
Solution: Disassemble the head unit (very easy) and bend all sheet metal parts into place and shim them.
