How I got comfortable with failing | Lesson from Dad

In this Father's day edition, I'm sharing the biggest lesson from my dad.
Dad always pushed me to just get started even when I don't have it all figured out yet. I inevitably ran into roadblocks, but that shifted my perspective on "failing".
