Wow! I was instantly swept away by an emotional tsunami and joined scores of others in the audience in wiping uncontrollable tears! If the maudlin quality of the song could do this to a complete stranger like me, can not imagine the emotional roller-coaster that Karthik’s parents would have experienced, particularly his mother who is the leitmotif of this song! The song was not just about Wow Karthik’s divine talent and prowess alone! Unbeknown to himself, he was weaving an invisible umbilical cord with pure and innocent love to bind himself with his loving mother yet again, seated a few meters away. The powerful lyrics added to the solemnity of the emotion so very well. Much after the song ended, it took great effort to get back to Mother Earth and feel normal yet again. Karthik, God just didn’t stop at bestowing you with divine music, He is also there alongside you to handhold in the form of your Mother! I wish more power to your divine music Son!!

I vividly remember the two children running here and there wearing nice similar dresses, during the marriage of Sriram. (Elder of two brothers, I think). The marriage function was held at a hall near Adyar telephone exchange. I attended with my mother.

I am a mother of 2 autistic kids 5 years old n 14 years old. Autistic kids may lack of communication skills or non stoppable speaking or repition of words but god bless them with special talents. My older one is too good in arts n painting and younger one have very sharp brain. God bless all the austistic parents(specially mothers) and autistic kids because it needs too much strength to control the hyper energetic behaviours or emotional behaviour of these kids. Each n every autistic is different and unique. Request to you all that be supportive whn u see any autistic person or child because they and their families are already going through a lot(financially, emotionally, socially, sleepness nights).karthik you are genious
