Lao National Anthem (1975-)
The song was originally written, composed and produced in 1941. It was adopted in Laos during the monarchy after World War II. The workers and students led by the Pathet Lao erupted in rage, and in 1975 the proletarian revolution (revolution by the working class) broke out. When the country was communistized as a socialist country, the lyrics were changed. The song is still loved and sung by many Laotians today.
