Sketch staying in a closet for too long can trigger conceal that kicks you out of the closet and do damage to you so you must go to closet to closet everytime sneak attack rushes out of the room (btw sneak attack goes atleast 4 times)

The entity that harmed you int he closet is actually hide and the only way to avoid them is to not stay in the closets for too long. This is also int he original game!
you were dying to hide inside the closet, hide appears in the real doors and pushes you out of the closet when you stay in too long doing quite a bit of damage so just go out and go back in, edit: and that blue guy is halt, he's pretty rare in the real doors but just go backwards when it says turn around then go forwards when it says turn back around and stuff, he does a lot of damage so be careful
