Place: patna bihar
My friend had an issue. A question in his mind to be more accurate.
Chart came out to be saggitarious rising, moon in Libra in 11th house. Mars conjoined rahu in Pisces (4th house). Lagna lord Jupiter conjoined with Venus and sun in 6th house Taurus.
So basically I told him that in your mind is there anything related with sister, father income.
moon in Libra and lagna lord with Venus i guessed something involving father in elder sister's marriage.
Then Mars in rahu ketu axis in 4th house in Pisces I thought of it but didn't extended the prediction and guess what he told me that to meet the money requirements for her elder sister's marriage his father has been trying to sell the paternal property in village. So he was having trouble selling the property. ( Mars conjoining karmic axis of rahu ketu in Pisces letting go of land )
Now when I saw moon was in nakshatra of Mars ( chittra) and sublord ketu 12th lord ( 4th from 9th- father's property) bang on sir
issue gulika is also there in 12 th house aspected by Saturn and mesha as well aspected by Sani so I told him there will be delay in this land selling plan and when Saturn gets retrograde your father will be able to sell it properly so on 30th of June Saturn went retro and on 3rd of July he messaged me "Bhai kaam ho gaya"

I'm fascinated by this amazing science and wish desperately to pursue it, not for minting money as most astrologers do today but because this astrology is pulling me towards itself. Since Rahu is always retrograde won’t it next visit the house behind it ?. For example if Rahu is in 4th, won’t the next house be 3rd house and not 5th house?
12th is the previous house so for 4th 5th becomes 12th from it

All the techniques I got to learn from you Sir always matches with me..🙏 I've Rahu in 4th house along with Venus(R) & Mercury and Jupiter and Sun in 5th house. Very truly I'm a complete failure in love life. But does this mean that all the karakatwas of 5th house will always make me suffer?
