- Three weeks ago, we bought our first house together here in Los Angeles. This was the moment when the house officially became ours and we were able to walk into it as the new owners. We're so grateful to be able to show these moments to you and can't wait to share more. It's the beginning to so many new and exciting memories! We love you.

I got emotional seeing Pierre cry when they got to the front door. He's gone through so much in the last 12 years since he came to America. And it all led to that moment with the love of his life. If that isn't touching and pull at your heart strings, I don't know what will. ❤️

I'm not typically prone to showing my emotions but when you were about to first set foot in your new home and Pierre began to cry, I found myself doing the SAME THING. It felt SO wonderful to share that moment with you both! I'm so very happy you have the blessings you have. Never loose the sparkle you both have. You two are the "shot in the arm" I need to watch to keep my life shining when it isn't always so shiny. In the military, we used to say "Embrace the suck". Nicky has this organic smile on his face that it becomes very hard to ignore him at any time. Pierre is so spontaneous in such a way that he became so predictable and emotionally vulnerable at many times.
This is the first time someone bought a house and I actually feel so happy for them. Normally I don't give a sh*t. Congrats and love u guys

All earned from a form of media that is the failures of capitalism... people putting little effort into videos on a platform that can reward millions for garbage content...
Meanwhile a plethora of people are working 70+ hours a week saving lives just to cover bills and family expenditure.
The part where they cry here is just infuriating.
I work in a non profit that has nurses so overworked (often picking up any OT, and sometimes another job).
I love these two guys but this video was kind of fucked up... I get Pierre says he came from nothing, but come on. I am so tired of these TH-cam and Tiktok videos made by people making serious wealth (the same people who often where a Bernie shirt) who share sob stories or try to act like them getting one of their trinkets smashed means anything.
The REAL workers out here are suffering. Working so hard with no real room to expand.

Maybe they are Buddhist or just don’t believe in crass materialism either and believe in donating any extra money to medical research for people who are suffering bad quality if life like Parkinson’s and neuropathy and MS etc. and in just being content living simply without fueling unneeded desires that cause more human suffering in the long run? I knew someone who gave it up to go back to the basics. Very rare. Maybe they see and experience such unneeded suffering that we could end if we put our energies and resources toward cures instead of toward competing with each other to one-up others for our selfish pleasures beyond the simple needs of healthy lives and loving relationships and having enough to be comfortable? You know, like should the wealthy make the castles museums of art to share with the public or board them to themselves in Europe privately? Should the top 10% give all they don’t actually need for the common good and health of society and those who do need a chance to survive? US arguably not socialist enough. Big questions. Hard to see the cut off. What is a nice simple home with a spouse and what is unnecessary? The car even? Point a to b and good on gas and the environment? Everything everyday is a choice either for the ego or for the soul, but they don’t feed on the same food; they edge each other out.

Only advanced capitalist countries generate enough wealth to tackle perennial human problems that were never solved when most of us lived in involuntary simplicity and poverty before the capitalist industrial revolution. I liked this video immediately before I saw it, because I knew I would love it. And I was right. When Pierre cried when they opened the front door I just remembered all the times he told his story and how he came to the US with nothing but his passport and that made me so emotional.
