DMDmodular Factory Tour 2024

On 27 March 2024, DMDModular hosted over 100 modular building enthusiasts at its headquarters. DMDModular's factory is known for using advanced technology in its manufacturing processes, and the Factory Tour was an excellent opportunity for attendees to learn about 3D modular technology and its use in construction.
The event focused on the technical aspects of modular technology, the design process, and the realization process, including prefabrication. Participants saw how the technology can revolutionize the way we plan investments, design, and build and what tangible benefits its use can bring to construction projects.
The Factory Tour at DMDModular was an inspiring event for construction professionals and an excellent opportunity to network, exchange experiences, and expand knowledge of the latest trends in this rapidly growing field.
The event agenda included two parts: the substantive part, with a lecture by a representative of the Saint Gobain Group and DMDModular, and a presentation on meeting the seven basic requirements for buildings, using DMDModular realizations as an example. The second practical part was a tour of the factory with a presentation on the various stages of the realization of buildings using modular technology.
