KALRO to promote soya beans production in Eastern Kenya

The Kenya Agriculture and Livestock Research Organization has entered into a deal with a major seeds distributing company. In the agreement, PealAgro will commercialize soya seeds developed by KALRO. Under the deal, the company is also expected to begin to sow two varieties of soya to be used for commercial purposes.
