- Some things I forgot to mention:
I don't overeat. I don't talk negatively about my husband to others. I don't hate anyone. I don't expect my happiness to come from outside of myself. It's something I must choose. I don't have to go places every day. I'm content at home. I don't mind growing old. I'm thankful! I don't have a temper. My mom took care of that when I was young.
I am 65, NOT 66! 😂

All our hope is in Jesus. Titus 2 talks about his coming. Tv isn’t the best right now to much violence. Reading 📖 his word is important.
Hello Lori. I am grateful for your channel. I am a 39y years old married woman ( got married 4 years ago) and I have a few questions. I have been praying for a godly influence for in my walk with Christ as a wife and you are one of the few people ( there is not many ) who are encouraging me to pursue what I believe is right. @@barbarafraser6123 I didn’t sense Lori was judging. She was just sharing what she is doing. Judging and sharing decisions, thoughts and opinions that’s not the same.
@@barbarafraser6123 Like for me I really enjoy listening to Lori but it doesn’t mean I do everything just like her . I do wear earrings and it doesn’t bother me that Lori is not wearing them I take her teachings as a beautiful encouragement to pursue the right directions but it doesn’t mean I have to be exactly like Lori in every single thing she do. And that Totally Ok ! She teaches the doctrine the bottom line is the foundation of obedience to the rolls etc . But some of the things are also a personal choice if is not a sin . 😊

I agree about watching tv i usually just watch documentaries usually about animals bc i love learning about Gods creation and nature :)

Your husband said your hair “looks like a rats nest?” That’s bizarre for a person who loves you.
He was honest. He didn't like it. She did not take offense as a Godly woman won't.
@@tulsiannerose8810but there are nicer ways of saying things. A husband is supposed to love his wife as Christ loves the church. Saying your hair looks like a rats nest isn't Christlike. I just don't want to grey an area out and make women think verbal insults is something we just need to deal with as submissive wives. I deal with an abusive husband (verbal, mentally, emotionally) and I still try to be submissive to God first who helps me be submissive to my husband who doesn't appreciate me. So, I understand the difference between being honest and being verbally abusive. Some wives need to hear this

What a beautiful video of truth thank you Lori. I am with you on all of these issues. I also followed your wisdom by staying home after 20 years working. We are now able to tithe and give alms and invest a large amount of our income for retirement even on one income. I have heard you mention parasites which is something I believe I am battling. Can you speak to what helps rid the body of parasites sometime?
The best way is to find a nutritional therapist, someone who can help you without drugs. I went the drug route the first time and the drugs destroyed my gut. After having the virus and having more parasites, I went the herbal route. It takes longer but it works and is far easier on the gut!
Is using moisturiser and suncream a sin?
Your skin looks amazing! It saddens me to see all the toxic skincare products pushed towards young children.

Since your channel and FB page is targeted towards Christian women. I noticed that men were on the channel. Shouldn't it be women only?
I think that it may appeal to some men that are believers who support Biblical womanhood. You can't limit people from consuming the content. After all her channel is also largely about being married and having children but there are people that are single and never want to get married or to have children following it every day.

I’ve been working this year not to buy a single clothing for myself or shoes.
I don’t spend on cosmetic surgery, spa, nails, and hair(free haircut from my momnlove).
I’m doing great at not buying perfumes and makeup for the past 5 years😅.
I also need to improve my grocery buying 😅 and not to fall for sales pitch.
I’ve been asking God for wisdom to reveal to me areas I need change.
