honestly I totally get you on the having someone around while you package stuff. I body double with these style of videos and love how humble and kind you are(: congrats on all the orders!
I have an older version of the portrait and I feel your pain, it took me ages to work out how to get it to line up and cut accurately and I was going to give up with it. One thing I do which seems to help is have a light shining directly at the cutting area when it’s aligning ready to cut, the brighter the lights and less shadows the better. I used to throw away 80% of what I cut now it’s very rare I have to. Good luck.

@@bri.forcier It might be because of the glossy paper? I've heard nothing but horror stories with glossy paper on at home sticker machines. Sorry you couldn't get it to work!
@@pinkdahliadesign4089 ah yes, I tried both matte and glossy sticker paper, matte definitely worked a bit better. and i also tried laminating the sticker paper to make it waterproof and more durable, and that was mostly a fail too haha. It definitely could've been my lighting or user error though. But lesson learned, i don't wanna fuss around w/ it either way haha!

my question is do you Have to pay for a sub or individual cuts to have a silhouette? Or can it be used by any vector program. I have an old industrial mutoh and was horrified when I looked at the domestic cutters and they need you to pay to use them at all it seems, screw manufacturer pay for online maker spaces
No, you do not, the program you have to use is free. The only costly thing is the materials really, but you don't have to pay per cut or anything, they don't keep track of that at all :) Still going to go with an official sticker manufacturer though! They can make better results than I can haha
