We're sensing a matte black push nut on top of gloss black electro-coated steel, data has shown a 5-10% false reject rate with constant calibration. Even adjusting the limits, this LR-W was not suitable for our application. I'm currently switching to IG-HG150MA to have more capability since there is clear contrast.
