The idea of making this city already weird. Even if they succeed in making the city complete in just 50 years, they literally just wasting their money and who would want to live there? It's interesting psychology, but for a project like the Burj Khalifa, the architects and engineers and all the decision makers were interested in using their skills to bring the project to life because they believed in it and really wanted to see it succeed. Upgrading a country in a short period of time is not an easy task. Saudi Arabia is still not an attractive country to people around the world, and it will take a long time for that mindset to change. I hope that from now on, the Saudi government will take time, spanning at least 30 years, to implement realistic changes gradually, one step at a time.
