that DPM question between the bat-chat 25t and TVP is a little bit more complicated: you can't fully aim with 1,5 seconds reload between the shells and shooting an e5 frontally you really have to aim fully to damage every shot. this factor lowers the TVP's DPM. the bat-chat does not have to wait as long for the gun to aim fully between the shots so this makes bat-chat's DPM in some situations more competative.
Also who starts engaging a T110E5 when they start reloading? You can clip that fool down to about 300 run away and about 45 secs later kill him. Therefore 55 secs not 90

The graph assumes that both vehicles spot each other while their still loading ammo. In reality, both vehicles will only spot each other once their already loaded, if you shift the BatChat back by those 12/13 seconds the engagement is far more even.

this is just a beast. balancing factor on batchat was its aiming time. this monster doesnt have that issue. this tank definetely gonna have to be balanced,because if its stays like this its just way too OP

TVP looks absolutely awesome. Sure it has armor thin as wafers and less clipdamage, but that fast reload and upload will be a real eyesore for heavytanks. And other mediums at endgames. Dangerous tank incoming!

The t50/51 plays in a different manner to the bchat, thus opening opportunities the bchat wouldn't have, same thing can be said in reverse - because the bchat has higher alpha and higher clip potential, it can destroy tier 9s in 1 clip. That is just one instance of the differences being useful for the t50/51, it doesn't mean that the t50/51 is better than the bchat, just different - which in the end, is a good thing - the t50/51 is not a clone of the bchat - which is what I believe QB was trying to point out.
+haxpet Mines hill shootout race makes this tank worth it for CW. But it's true comparison points are 50b, T 57 HT and bat chat, not other mediums. And combined with the gun depression and more viev range, bat chats are out of mines.
The mantlet looking strong in the viewer is due to a bug in tanks GG where the spaced armour component sometimes doubles up (notice the same value appears twice). Bit annoying but refreshing the page or changing the view at the bottom seems to fix it.
Great preview! What I always think you forget in all your reviews / previews is the "wolfpack"-factor. What happens if the tank is in a clan, 2 or 3 tanks in same team? Some tanks is better alone, so to speak, while others seems to be better in a clan. In this case I cant imagine the power of 2 or three of TVP T 50 / 51. I just did some thinking here. IF a clan is skilled and make use of the headsets / communicate...will not 3 TV fully reloaded accually win over 3 batchats fully reloaded? The TVPs well coordinated would take out 2 of the batchats, and the last standing batchat would prob take out 2 TVPs...and the last TVP would be reloaded to take out the last batchat? Thats a factor that is worth consider. 1 vs 1 fully reloaded, the situation is different! Just my novice ideas!
Thanks, this video convinced me to unlock the czechoslovakian line and put my second set of female crew in a T 50. I was considering the AMX 50 but the size and weight of that thing make me hesitate, I will probably buy it but still... A mobile medium with a rapid firing autoloader and quick reload? Perfect.

TVP has a potential damage of 15,360 while the Bat-Chat has 11,700. However the Bat will do that damage more consistently since it has better penetration and you spend more time aiming between shots.
This tank can pretty much win any 1v1 apart from some tds at long range. When engaging initially it will be loaded. Thats 1280 damage in 4.5 sec. In the following 20 or so seconds not a single tank can kill it outright apart from a lucky bchat with perfect aim. After the reload the kill is inevitable. Compared with the bchat, if that misses a single shot the 1v1 is lost. Very Strong tank, looks like a lot of fun.
This video got a little theoretic I think, with the comparisons and the chart being a tad overly specific; it won't apply often enough to be really useful, at least in my opinion. I mean, how often will you actually get to fire two full clips into an enemy T110E5, penning every shot and not having anyone else shoot at the T110E5 during all that time? Good gameplay though, really showcasing the type of playstyle one will probably have to adapt with it. Either way, I liked the comparison with the Bat-chat which is *the* tank to compare this thing to, feels like a real disappointment now that I've gotten to the Bat and this gets released; with the much better gun handling traits and more forgiving reload, it feels like the much better choice for random battles. However, the bat will probably still have a place in CWs due to it's burst potential and camo value. Also, 4:47 was hilarious :')

It will then be left with 2 shots, and you will be left with a tough decision to reload or keep the shells. If you reload, you will have twice the reload on the TVP... Worth saying in the Bat's favor is that it will actually have it's shots aimed when they are loaded, whereas the TVP will be quite inaccurate unless it's willing to give up it's advantage of the quick burst empty time. Add then the fact that it also has 11 less pen... well, overall the TVP still seems better in randoms, but the bat has it's niche.
Seems the playstyle is similar to T8 T69 and T7 Chi-Ri and M41 Bulldog, at least in line with each gun's handling and performance. T69 76mm gun is great for quick burst damage and for quick target acquisition, and T69 is also not slow either. Unfortunately, Chi-ri isn't fast, so the playstyle ends with the gun. While M41 being an LT, it's much better to utilize it as scouting first then as a scavenger on the last minute. As a T69 driver, I'd probably take this tank as my T10 favorite autoloader tanks :)
IMO it's a mistake if You comparing autoloader tanks 1vs1 using it's trailing reload. Of course, on Mines it counts up, but normally tanks start engaging fully reloaded, so Yours charts should shift a bit.
I play arty on test servers too, why you ask? Well to TEST it. I want to know which artillery i will get on the live server, before grinding and realizing I'm going for an arty I don't like that much.

I feel like I would love this line if it had better pen :( its pen is good enough to deal with tanks if you aim but on the move and taking quick poking shots like I do and possibly you do this line will suffer. I believe it will take an interestingly new way of game play after tier 7 witch I indeed do plan on trying.
I will seriously fear this thing on the battlefield, the reload and accuracy are insane - over 1200 dmg under 5 seconds shames even TDs and it can zip behind cover and quickly reload for more. I really hate autoloaders and this one looks like the most obnoxious yet.
+Formulka yeah but I think it sucks for both sides. the one who is attacked looses like 3/4 of his hitpoints within a few seconds but the tvp driver is often going to be fucked after shooting his for shots as he has to reload. Also keep in mind that with 248mm penetration you won't be able to penetrate with all 4 shots very often if you're not fighting another tvp or batchat.

Great review of the TVP really enjoyed watching it. But ive noticed a bad trend WarGaming has done. If u compare all the tier 10 heavys. The worst is either E100 or Maus. IF u compare all the tier 10 Meds, The E50m is the worse. Out of all the arties, the GwE100 is the worse. What is it with WarGaming making the german tanks the worse on the battle field? " the JgpzE100 is op! The WT auf E100 is OP" I hear u all saying. Erm no the JgpzE100 has soo many flaws that counter the benefits. Instead of the TVP being like the BatChat, I see it more as if you take the Leopard PTA, give it the Soviet 100mm gun, and then fit an autoloader to it. It will play a lot like the Leo in this regard, but because of the autoloader will still require a little bit of BatChat-level skill.
Rephrase that: "The Batchat has the potential to kill the TVP" You and I both know (having played the Batchat) that at least 1 shot of that clip will ding or do tracking damage only even though it has 258 pen. That is the bane of French autoloaders that despite the great penetration there is always at least one shot in the clip that does no damage what so ever. Still, the TVP looks like a lot of fun exactly *BECAUSE* the clip is smaller which will make it more effective in most random engagements. CW's will still use Batchat's because of the better burst potential.

+ben johnson Do it in your 12t. That's the best option. My recommendation would be to do it in a map like Steppes where you can scout and do plenty of spotting at the same time.
I think this Škoda TVP T50/51was absolutly perfect choice to our Československo (Czechoslovakia) mountein terrein. And with this tier, i think is absolutely insignificantly have very strong armor when you standing ahead of tanks with 258+ guns penetration. There are better mobility and fired raiting together with accuracy raiting. Sorry my english language. but it´s not werry good.
Not OP solo...but watch the 3 man Unicorn platoons wreck teams in Random battles in these. That's 7.5k burst over a minute...3 man platoons of good players in these will make the WT Auf E100 look puny

Does the Batchat really have to wait for its guns to fully aim before firing? I would think at medium or close range that doesn't matter much.
I thought the tier X Czechoslovakian medium would have been the T-72 which unless I'm mistaken is an autoloader.

I feel like I would love this line if it had better pen :( its pen is good enough to deal with tanks if you aim but on the move and taking quick poking shots like I do and possibly you do this line will suffer. I believe it will take an interestingly new way of game play after tier 7 witch I indeed do plan on trying.

seems like a second line autoloader, btcht still reigns supreme in a 1v1, but a pack of tvps seems like the most op platoon i could imagine

I will seriously fear this thing on the battlefield, the reload and accuracy are insane - over 1200 dmg under 5 seconds shames even TDs and it can zip behind cover and quickly reload for more. I really hate autoloaders and this one looks like the most obnoxious yet.
+Formulka yeah but I think it sucks for both sides. the one who is attacked looses like 3/4 of his hitpoints within a few seconds but the tvp driver is often going to be fucked after shooting his for shots as he has to reload. Also keep in mind that with 248mm penetration you won't be able to penetrate with all 4 shots very often if you're not fighting another tvp or batchat.
Its just like a fv215b 183 but his shot needs 5 second to shoot and he more acurate and way faster 😱.

+ThunderTigerRider when u play against them, it's horrible, you might shoot them only once, and they finish you. Clipping is even easier than playing arty, I can tell you. But when you play autoloaders, you like them so hard cuz you deal dmg ery very fast and u take no dmg. fact.

it's a 1.5 sec delay, 4 shells. qb that does not mean you unload in 4.5 seconds. it's 6...

Great review of the TVP really enjoyed watching it.
But ive noticed a bad trend WarGaming has done. If u compare all the tier 10 heavys. The worst is either E100 or Maus. IF u compare all the tier 10 Meds, The E50m is the worse. Out of all the arties, the GwE100 is the worse. What is it with WarGaming making the german tanks the worse on the battle field? " the JgpzE100 is op! The WT auf E100 is OP" I hear u all saying. Erm no the JgpzE100 has soo many flaws that counter the benefits. The Wt auf E100 is actually quite terrible due to the fact it litually has to one clip tanks or its dead. it cant run or it use its armor to bounce shots. "its a camping tank!" I'm sorry no its not since it is spotted stupidly easily and shut down even faster.
Still waiting on that E100 pen buff though..... still waiting and will always be waiting.....
I think they did a good job of making this tank balanced, totally unlike the T-22 that's going to be added.

4 shells x 1.5s ( let's say 1.35s - BIA + ventilation ) = 6s ( 5.4s - BIA + ventilation ). Just wanted to clarify something, you repeat like a few times "unload it's magazine in 4.5 seconds" - wich is untrue.

Instead of the TVP being like the BatChat, I see it more as if you take the Leopard PTA, give it the Soviet 100mm gun, and then fit an autoloader to it. It will play a lot like the Leo in this regard, but because of the autoloader will still require a little bit of BatChat-level skill.

You and I both know (having played the Batchat) that at least 1 shot of that clip will ding or do tracking damage only even though it has 258 pen. That is the bane of French autoloaders that despite the great penetration there is always at least one shot in the clip that does no damage what so ever.
Still, the TVP looks like a lot of fun exactly *BECAUSE* the clip is smaller which will make it more effective in most random engagements.
CW's will still use Batchat's because of the better burst potential.

+ben johnson Do it in your 12t. That's the best option. My recommendation would be to do it in a map like Steppes where you can scout and do plenty of spotting at the same time.

I think this Škoda TVP T50/51was absolutly perfect choice to our Československo (Czechoslovakia) mountein terrein. And with this tier, i think is absolutely insignificantly have very strong armor when you standing ahead of tanks with 258+ guns penetration. There are better mobility and fired raiting together with accuracy raiting. Sorry my english language. but it´s not werry good.

Not OP solo...but watch the 3 man Unicorn platoons wreck teams in Random battles in these. That's 7.5k burst over a minute...3 man platoons of good players in these will make the WT Auf E100 look puny
