Since you cannot have Baganda or Bannayuganda Banyarwanda in Rwanda, so is the same in Uganda. All I know is that anyone born in Uganda to a resident person in Uganda is entitled to Ugandan citizenship regardless of race, ethinic origin etc. Mukwano, Madhvani, Metha, Patel. Mandera, Babu, are all Ugandans by birth and are treated as Ugandans and they enjoy thier rights despite the fact that they are not among the 15 Nations that formed Uganda in 1962 as defined by 1926 census. So, Fellow Banyarwanda, be calm, just be like Kiwanuka, Ogwal, Okello, Wamimbi, Sserunjogi e... born in Rwanda and became Rwandan citizen, you too just count your selves like Metha, Madhvan, Patel, Wanjuki, Kimani, Jone Smith, who were born in Uganda and are living in Uganda as Ugandan citizen.
