At the 3:16 mark, Hailey Cowen drops her opponent and then mercifully restains herself. Next, Amanda Nunes little sister Istela Nunes lands three quick kicks in a row to her opponent. Of course, the greatest headkick (not shown here) was Valentina S on Jessica Eye in their UFC fight. I expect a lot of great kicks in the future in the UFC from France's Manon Fiorot because of her Karate background.

What stood out to me was how many were left leg roundhouse kicks...makes me wonder if most competitors are right handed and therefore right legged...so developing an instinct to defend a left leg kick to the head is rare, because a kick from that angle is rare...it's what makes MMA so ultimate, there are just so many ways to lose...as opposed to just boxing.
Could be that the right leg is still dominating since it provides the strong, stable pivot, and required rotatory force..left leg just being the user-end instrument.
@@jknayak7132 also, think of your boxing stance. Unless you are southpaw, which side does your jab come from. Right eye dominant, power shots from the right side, chin tucked.......

Same way Usman didn't see the head kick coming, or Cruz. They were outsmarted into defending the wrong thing. In this girl's case, she was defending a low kick.

I hope that it has been explained to these young women that these head blows are going to do damage long-term. If they wish to choose to fight then so be it, it is their choice, but explain that long-term, these blows will damage their CPU.
