Well explained tutorial Mike, I am preparing to the same for my own bike. I have identified the threaded tool I need to buy in order to open the BB but what is the second one that screws in to lock it in place at 0:40? Can you post a link or some kind of ID for it? Cheers!

Excellent video. I would use a brass hammer instead of the steel hammer, to eliminate any possible risk of damage to the spindle. Not to criticize you, but a "bottom bracket" is a frame component. The subject of your video is the "crank bearing".

did you happen to see what the bearing code was for these, i was re doing one pulled off some 6002 bearing and tried to replace with new 6002 bearings but they wouldnt fit
