I have been using PI Processbook for years. Our company is getting ready to do the switch to PI Vision. I have spent the last 20 years building PI Processbook workbooks and trends. I watch a dual monitor setup that has 20 trend images on each screen that have 15 trends on each block. Is this something PI Vision can do? Can I test a demo of the software some how. I just want to be ahead of the game when we make the flip to Vision.
Hi Bill, This sounds pretty reasonable for PI Vision. It will just be a question of screen resolution and getting it configured so you can still see each trend. For a demo version of the software please reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
Calculations were introduced in PI Vision 2020, so if you are using an earlier version of PI Vision the Calculation tab would not appear. If this is not the case for you, I would recommend reaching out to TechSupport (my.osisoft.com/) for help with your specific environment.
is there any way to put a sign into a graphic but dont show it until you enter in the graphic and then you activate the sign to see it with the other signs?

Hi, I was wondering when a PI Tag goes 'Bad' it appears that we lose all the data on the screen for it. Is there a way to latch the last good/numerical value for it? For example, a pressure reading shows 'Bad' data but captures the last good value and displays that instead within PI Vision? Thanks!

Whos slamming the keyboard in the background? Couldn't listen
Very poorly prepared. Poor sound quality, background typing noise
Thank you for the feedback, we'll take this into consideration in our future webinars.
I can't finish this video with how horrible the sound quality is.
