Hi Riss. I just want to say when it comes to having a cold and drinking tea, never use sugar. Only honey. Clover honey is good. Find the best honey and keep it in your pantry. Cinnamon and honey on a tsp. really helps also. Green tea is good but you gotta get the Super Antioxidant one 😉. I buy several kinds of teas... green tea and matcha pomegranate raspberry tea (delicious and healthy), detox tea, chamomile (calming and relaxing), green tea and mucus tea. Yes, they have all kinds of teas. With the bipolar weather we are experiencing, teas are a must. Minus the sugar.
