9-8, 7-10. I dont care how season ends. Ballard needs to go. If this leads to Steichen going too, im ok with that. Too much disfunction in this organization. That will never lead to success. I hope Irsay did take control of the situation and demanded AR to start with thought in mind that guys will be shown the door at the end of the season.
@vincente4570 My greatest fear is if it's an Irsay problem. If he's the one making these decisions, then they're not much different from those two teams. Carolina and Dallas have ownership issues. Those are the hardest situations to change.
@narious is that ur tattoo in your profile pic? I got a blue horshoe fuck ya dude. Hate to say it. Think we’re some gonna get to 9 or 10 wins and Ballard and Steichen will be saved. I used to be a Ballard defender but I’m not open to it. It would suck because I think he’s a great asset to any organization. He’s not gonna leave his job here to join the INDY scouting department . Perhaps he ain’t the best GM, but he’s undeniably an asset for assessing football talent. If he didn’t have a great eye for some positions think how f*cked this whole thing would be loooking….. as for Steichen, too soon. Hire who? We just got him a year ago. It’s a bad recipe firing then hiring so quick. Gotta be reminded of that initial belief, breed patience. I think Steichen will come around by next year, if not this one, but if we don’t get a lil hot between now and the end I could see Ballard getting the axe. Go Indy!
Colts fumbled this like no other, if Flacco played decent, this wouldn’t have happened
No . They benched ar because he took himself out

The Colts are nowhere near as bad as Carolina or Dallas😬🤷🏿
