Hello! Yung pagkakaiba po Certificate sa Tesda tapos Diploma naman sa CSB pagkanatapos mo yung course. Sa TESDA po, diretso na po sya sa pagluluto at wala nang mga ibang subjects tulad ng (english, math, sci, business subjects). Sa CSB, marami pa pong subjects na hindi lang pagluto. Meron pong scholarship sa CSB, kailangan lang applyan😊
Hiiii Culinary Arts tlga gusto ko so I can work in the Hotel/Restaurant industry. Sa LPU (based on their site), they specialize in cruise line culinary arts. Di ko naman plano mag barko so i chose CSB. Tsaka narealize ko rin when i was already enrolled that Benilde is the only highest PAASCU accredited in PH. So no regrets🤗

I graduated in culinary school in 2018. One of the best decision I made. Very thankful I finished the course those days, these days I won't enroll because of the pandemic, social distancing, higher fares and ingredients.

HRM/HM has more opportunities compared to culinary arts kase may culinary subjects and hotel management subjects you'll take this if you prefer having more job opportunities and kase literal na halos lahat ng hospitality related jobs pede kang magtrabaho meanwhile sa culinary arts naman even though its curriculum will only focus on cooking/baking may mga culinary subs na matatackle kayo na hindi matatackle ng HM studs, kase madami silang inaaral compared sa culinary arts na you could really call your specialization or focus on it btw if sa benilde ka meron din yatang hotel related subs based on what ive seen from their website
Hiii technically Culinary Arts is under Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management program, same sa HM. Both HM and CA will have the same foundations but different specializations. Obvi pag CA, you will have more laboratory cooking classes. Pag HM, they have their own like housekeeping (di ako familiar sa iba huhu), but you'll have the opportunity to have 1 laboratory cooking class pag HM

Tinuturuan karin ng hospitality subjects, tourism and business!. Di naman maiiwasan ang pagiging waiter bc its part of the industry. Wala naman masama sa pagiging waiter diba? Hii, di kasi lahat nagooffer ng major in culinary arts. Yung bshm, yun rin yung course ko pero inaassume ko na mas onti yung cooking/ laboratory classes nyo since walang major. Pero, you can still use yung course mo to apply sa kitchen :) for work. Kung gusto mo culinary tlga, check mo TESDA schools na may cookery. Hope this helps!

Hello, pwede po humss. Cinoconsider yung strand depende lng sa school. Culinary arts for pastry chef, tinuturuan rin kayo ng baking and pastry. If you want to improve your skills sa baking and pastry (as im specialization), kakailanganin mo magtraining after graduating or apprenticeships. Hope this helps😊❤
Planong ko po kunin course na culinary arts perk ang concern ko po is HUMSS graduate po ako. Ang concern ko is that maraming po bang mathematics subjects dyan kasi ang math subject that I learned from my strand is General mathematics. Wala po akong na take na buissines math subject at accounting. Can I still proceed to culinary arts because the strand that I took po is HUMSS and not ABM.
I'm actually thinking of going to a culinary school and I'm still in 3rd yr high school. This convinced me more to go to one :33

Yes, students in benilde are diverse. they don't force you to abide catholic practices and are more liberal

Hii, di kasi lahat nagooffer ng major in culinary arts. Yung bshm, yun rin yung course ko pero inaassume ko na mas onti yung cooking/ laboratory classes nyo since walang major. Pero, you can still use yung course mo to apply sa kitchen :) for work. Kung gusto mo culinary tlga, check mo TESDA schools na may cookery. Hope this helps!

I dont think this will work kasi the degree is BS-HRIM Major in Culinary Arts. Need tlga pagaaral yung general subjs para makapaggraduate unless short course-diretso laboratory

hello po, im curious if okay lang na mag take ng culinary arts ang arts and design student? grade 11 po ako right now and i have a little knowledge about cooking. Tinake ko po yung arts and design this shs kasi gusto ko po magtayo ng restaurant na may museum sa loob, but I'm still confused right now if tatanggapin po yun sa CSB.

Hello, pwede po humss. Cinoconsider yung strand depende lng sa school. Culinary arts for pastry chef, tinuturuan rin kayo ng baking and pastry. If you want to improve your skills sa baking and pastry (as im specialization), kakailanganin mo magtraining after graduating or apprenticeships. Hope this helps😊❤

Planong ko po kunin course na culinary arts perk ang concern ko po is HUMSS graduate po ako. Ang concern ko is that maraming po bang mathematics subjects dyan kasi ang math subject that I learned from my strand is General mathematics. Wala po akong na take na buissines math subject at accounting. Can I still proceed to culinary arts because the strand that I took po is HUMSS and not ABM.
