I'm glad the reporter asked coach Sides how she's doing. This was most probably a really tough journey for her as well. And I'm not gonna lie, I was one of those people who were really harsh on her early in the season. From the outside is just seemed like she didn't know what she had in Caitlin and she was stuck in her ways with the old, slow, half court style of basketball. But I'm so happy things are clicking and the team seems happy and stronger than ever. We ain't stopping till the finals!

I thought last game was very well coached. Is it just me? It was a surprise. Maybe shes a genius and we didnt know. This team is starting to play like a well oiled machine. Maybe they finally understand the offense shes been teaching them. I have to say the defense has been looking solid the last 4 games. Benching Wallace helped. Wheeler has been playing differently
I’ve been saying since early season that Sides is fine. She hasn’t always been great, but the team also hasn’t always been great. I think she’s had the right focuses for the team all season and has led them to great heights. I also always said early on that the fever ran so many good plays that created shots they would just not make. Now they are making those shots, but too many people put everything on sides and not I. The team just not playing their best. I love everyone in this organization having watched from min 1

There is definitely other coaching staff in the W that haven’t built and sustained healthy foundations for their players. These teams implode and then have to rebuild yet again. Glad the development of the Fever is in a positive direction. I wish this good growth for all sports teams actually!
@@jkim321 100%. Well said. She not only had to learn how to coach CC's style of play, she had to teach the whole team how to play this style with the roughest start to the season imaginable. Not enough grace given to Sides and I think the second half of the season will really showcase that while Sides isn't perfect, she's been doing a great job of building this team throughout the season and keeping them motivated and getting better every day.
Lmao, Sides is still a joke of a coach. You better remember 9 of the 16 loses were actually caused by Sides. Sides had to learn to let her talent play to their strength and not restrict them like she did in the first half of the season. Don't forget that Sides was also throwing several players under the bus(especially Clark) every time she blew 10 point plus leads and losing games

I love coach Sides character, humility, focus on what matters: her players and the team. She has transformed this team in such a short period of time. She has done a great job recruiting the right type of player ( meaning character). And this is why I LOVE the fever and I want my kid to learn from them. In my opinion, Character and attitude is more important than basketball at the end of the day.
Dang if these girls can tighten up the layups... The game yesterday could've been a blowout! But too many missed layups! I think they'll get there though...
Sides is not a coach. CC is running the team and the fever ladies are playing Lisa Bluder basketball. Sides and Dunn should be fired and hire Lisa Bluder

Playing on the road for the fever is almost like playing at home there are so many fever fans at every opponent's stadium.
