[4K60] NUCLEAR WINTER Full Layout

That's right, i FINNALY finished one of my layouts! Pretty happy with how this turned out even though this will change a bit more, This is intended to be around #20 difficulty so some parts will need to be buffed/nerfed. Overall i just hope i can be done with this before 2.2 (unlikely) but if im not then i will finish it in 2.2 and potientially add some 2.2 effects!

I'm decorating, i already have around 8% done (i know it isn't a lot but i did decorate that in like 3 hours) and i haven't yet decided on a verifiier + this still needs a lot of playtesting
