I am a black American female. ..I love Son Tung MT-P..."Lac Troi " means drifting and he is high and he has many more great songs. .."Chung Ta Khong Thuoc Ve Nhau"..we don't belong together...and Am Tham Ben Em"...these are the most popular...the only thing is when you change the pitch...it sounds so bad..many people may not like the song. ..I live in New Orleans and we have a large Vietnamese population here since the war..I love their culture. ..please react to the other songs..maybe check to see if they are copywritten before reacting..you have to let viewers hear his real voice..thank you...I have been writing and asking other reactors to try him...😃😃😃👀👍🇺🇸

Yup he composed his own music. Starting from an underground rapper, getting fans through his own song since teenage, then rose to fame later years by releasing hit after hit. What makes him stand out is not just his cute face, character or his talent, but also by the fact that his songs were loved and sung by people of all age, from little tween kids to middle-aged singers
actually he is not a rapper, he is a singer but he raps too.

As an American into World Pop, I had most of the same reactions as you. G-D, vibe groove, damn he's so smooth! is he high?, rock that turtleneck, bite that underlip and rock out. Absolutely LOVE this song and I'm so into it. His voice and swagger are sick. Blew me away. Great reaction.
BTW, that's not his casual clothing, it's just this mv he wears them to resemble a king/emperor. He is very stylish normally.
I’m Vietnamese btw. When I first listened to the song/watched the MV, what fascinated me was how meaningful and poetic the lyrics are. I couldn’t believe how great Vpop could sound, lyrically. I always thought Vietnamese was a very difficult language to put into this pop/EDM genre without the whole thing sounding shit. Especially into rap. But even that sounded good. This song changed my perspective about what Vpop could be
Son Tung M-TP has never belonged to a same world with Vietnam's showbiz. He is so different. An alone singer with a enormous desirability: bring Vpop to the world and said that: "Hey friends, Vietnam also has many talents. You just do not know."
He was born to be a star. And of course, he always produces all his songs. And strangely nobody can sing his song as excellent as him. Besides, he is also the chairman of M-TP Entertainment.
Son Tung also has a girlfriend and he has never paid attention to any other girls. And he has never drunk alcohol and usually be at home at night. He usually talk about music more than anything else.

I am Vietnamese. This video was shot in temple "Linh Quy Pháp Ấn". This is a popular tourist destination in Vietnam. Situated in Dalat, Lam Dong. I'm not good at English so maybe it will be quite wrong about the grammar as well as the use of the word for people to understand.
"Lạc Trôi" is a complex word combined by "lạc": lost in direction and "trôi": floating (in this song it means floating in the river of life"
Written about a king/prince who was powerful and rich but one day he realized that he has lost his most important thing in his life, trying to re-memorize his lover's image and scent which he couldn't find again.

So basically this guy love a girl, but they are not together anymore for some reason, but then he start to feel like he is lost, and he is a king too btw. So like in this castle where he lives there is alot of beautiful girls but none of them can compare to the woman that he loved but then left him. in Asia there are no kings, just emperors bro. By the way the caption was in French because I think his early overseas fans were mainly from France and Senegal. I think he has to put in English captions in his newer songs so we can understand it now that his music has gone international. He writes the lyrics, composes the beats, sings, raps, and I believe colors his own hair and does his own nail....dude is multi-talented I guess.
