while it is in fact possible to use the hardware at that speed, the problem is that rhythm heaven games have a cap for how many inputs it can receive in quite a lot of games, one example is dog ninja and rhythm rally, where i am sure as hell you cannot swing fast enough, the game just won't register the inputs, be it taps or flicks, so this one *is* actually impossible
