Seeing all the time and work he does for supporting these causes brings a tear to my eye!! Thank you Stalekracker for all you do!

I have 3 cooking class and worked at 5 restaurents, 2 institutions and if it was not of covid Id still be in international gastronomical contest. Believe me: this guys is a joke. I wont even start and break down facts nor points. Lets say that my profession hurts ALOT when im seeing this kind of cooking.

I purchased some of the Cajun Two Step seasoning yesterday because I had a tomahawk steak I wanted to put on the grill. I rubbed it down with mustard and used the seasoning and when I tell you it was absolute heaven when it came off the grill😋😋😋

I need to pick some of that two step up … it’s cayenne and other red stuff I’m assuming. It just makes everything more “Cajun” and that’s def not a bad thing 😊
I’d like to try and make a paddle out of the juniper we have here it made a better bow stave then yew the Indians traded it with other tribes back in the day it’s strong like iron and flexible like spring steel the trees don’t even hit the ground from the string limbs when you fall one bet it would make a pretty strong paddle I made a few axe handles out of it in high school they are still holding strong 25 years later
