It blends everything bad about both an ebike and a motorcycle. It's slow for a motorcycle. The smallest motorcycle can blow past the top speed shown in this video of around 72mph. Its acceleration wasn't good either.
But it's not a bicycle anymore or anything close to it and would, if allowed on the road at all, require registration and insurance and a custom inspection.
The base bike this was built from is already more expensive than a decent and MUCH faster and better used motorcycle before adding thousands of more dollars in batteries, and controllers and other stuff.

You say I am ridiculous? You accuse me of thinking I'm smarter than them? Not necessarily.
I made it very specific statement about the ability of those brake discs to stop that bike from high speeds.
You're criticizing me for that comment.
You said these guys rode that bike for two years and somehow magically I knew better.
No, it's not magic. I'm not smarter than them. It happens that I have designed and built three solar powered vehicles. But no one needed that detailed experience to recognize at a glance those brakes were too small.
All you needed to know was that those are the exact lightweight brake discs used on a mountain bikes that weighs 40 lbs or less.
Those brake discs perform well stopping a total load of 200 lb from 30 mph. It does not take a genius to figure out stopping 350 from 80 miles an hour would be a little less than thrilling.
So to confirm your suspicions. My statement still stands.
      And now for the punchline.
Did you see he took my advice? Seriously look at the discs he has on his bike now. They are not the same are they? Sorry bro.

@@FEboats there is some amount of Truth to what you're saying about regenerative braking. It does help. However from a design perspective you cannot ever assume that it's going to work. It might be safe to assume that using your regenerative brakes we'll make the brakes last longer. Making that assumption would be safe.
However, say you're doing 60 miles an hour this guy says that bike can do, and you experience a motor controller failure, or simply a loose wire on the battery or any multitude of other problems that would cause the motor and motor control system to be briefly inoperable.
If you assumed that you would always have regenerative braking then you might die just seconds after you realized your mistake.
      Don't short cut on brakes.
Besides, if you look at his bike now you'll see he took my advice.
I would not criticize his current break choice without at least riding the bike first.

lol @ the rear spokes though, should've went with radial lacing or change the rim to a 16" motorcycle with angled eyelets

I want to see people Trick out the Bee Cool Challenger. It has rear duel suspension, and really beefy frame and 24 inch tires.

I tried the city grip 2 110/70-16 and they are off balance and were wobbly on one side. Tire fit funny on the rim. Is that me? My son did play with it prior to me going to fill it up with air. Maybe that the issue?

I’m 5’11 too. I fit perfectly fine even on my Z1 if your 5’11 and fat maybe you’d need something bigger.
