I love the fact that he tipped the kitchen staff. They are often overlooked, and they actually make less than the servers that bring you your food most of the time.
Take a minute and tip your cooks, a very little bit goes a very long way.
Even just sending a server back to the kitchen with a compliment can boost the morale of the kitchen.
Often? Almost always. Front of house makes a smaller amount per hour but after tips in a popular restaurant make more than nurses. A server once said to me something along the lines on "what do you think $300 tonight." That was 2012 in a dive bar.
The full-time banquet servers made the same as managers at a hotel I worked for. I made roughly 1350 a week, as did they. And they hated that I knew what they made so couldn't argue. Now I chill, took a 40% pay cut to work at a different hotel, I'm a cook, I don't manage shit but my line and the small banquet events I'm used to working.

Guy in the elevator helping himself to the stolen money was the worst. He asked for $100.00 but started filling his bag with as much money as he could. This guy showed his lack of character and honesty. The young lady at the gas station was the best one for me. She was sincere and humble at receiving the money Juan, gave to her. She was moved to tears and was sharing her gift with the driver getting gas next to her.😊

Hey Juan I love what you guys do. I live in fresno calif and there's alot of homeless people here . Not all homeless as you see are bad . In fact I have made many friends by talking and when I can helping them. I don't have nuch, just lost everything in a house fire . Thankfully no one was injured. I always share with others who are in need Thank god i have my family or i would be out there homeless as well ! It would be an honor to have you guys come here and give people hope that there are still earth angels who exist and care ...thank you from the bottom if my heart . God bless you !

I’m 62 just went through about 3 surgeries in two weeks and just buried my 69 year old sister on Saturday. Your videos blessed my heart. At home my power steering messed up. Trying to drive less as possible. Getting it fixed on Monday by my 19 year relationship with my personal mechanic. He fixes my car even when I don’t have money. This is literally my dream job. I volunteer at my local children's shelter, because I used to be one of the kids who lived there. I understand the anguish and suffering involved in growing up feeling like no one wants you. To be able to volunteer more than just my time would be a dream come true.

You're living my dream! I hit for 15k at the casino one time. I rarely go there and never have any luck, and was overwhelmed with happiness. I spent 5k on a new motorcycle & paid some bills. At the end I had $1800.00 so I got it all in $50's & went to bus stops around my city just to have conversations with different people, to discover their different situations and give those in need a little help. I never told anyone I knew, because it was just something that made me feel good..... Just to see the joy and amazement on people's faces was the greatest feeling in the world. So since I can't do it now, I live my dream through you, until someday when maybe I'll be able to do that again. Please don't ever stop making this world a better place, by doing your part.

Juan been wanting to be a youtuber forever and missed so many chances - I and myself beat myself up and ended up super introverted. If you are ever in South Florida (around Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood area) and want to shoot pranks I am ALL IN ALL ALL IN! obviously for free and HUGE hug for your content man. I could really use a lifter upper and a youtube friend. I did all of this when I was in my 20's gave out money helped homeless people, was homeless, lived in a van with my girl and 2 cats in Cali, I have a long life story that I somewhat erased. Just never made videos on it when I should have. It would be an honor to just get back from darkness into light and become what I always wanted to - an artist.
