Amazing! Now I’m about to go into the Abis of TH-cam Videos on the RME and everything else! I’m on an I connectivity rig at the moment. But your system just looks soo much more stable! Would love to chat more about it and other options! Great stuff!!
Hi! Just stumbled upon this video. Very cool! I do video playback for bands in the NYC/Tri State Area (mostly tribute acts) and I'm looking to venture into audio playback/synch, via Ableton, so this was very informative.
Hi, Laura, I was wondering what sort of Macbook's you're using for playing back the audio - since they have magsafe and USB ports, I guess they're A1398 '14-'15 MBPS? Thank you!
I'm curious as to how far your tracks go compared to the music director's one (if they run any tracks). I believe all the musicians play live and if they run tracks on their end as well that sync up with yours?
Would love to see a detailed look at the session!
This is SO cool Laura! Loved seeing behind the scenes & nerding out on all the gear 🎶
Thank you Joy!!!
such a great run down thx Laura!
So interesting !
Thanks!!
🔥🔥🔥
I just watched this and understood everything now that I’m an EC graduate! ;)
thank you

Fabulous Laura, many thanks for the run-through! RME & DirectOut 👌
Thanks! Love your products!
Nice... thanks for sharing, Laura!
Thanks Jeff!

Hi Andy! Thanks for stopping by! If you haven't seen our courses over at hub.electroniccreatives.com please check them out!
That's Great!
Thanks Luiggy!
Awesome! I love that green/red button! Seriously might have to pick one up. 🙂
Thanks Rich! We don't have them available for the public just yet...maybe in the future! :)
How do you keep the two laptops synchronized?
Such a long way from a live backing band! What a cool job you have!
Thanks! Oh there’s also the most badass live backing band - about 10 players of the best musicians!
Super slick a/b button/switch. What is it?
It switches between the main and backup computers!
Hi Laura, what are you running into the inputs on the front of the RME?
Hey there! It's for recording instruments and sounds.
Hi, Laura,
I was wondering what sort of Macbook's you're using for playing back the audio - since they have magsafe and USB ports, I guess they're A1398 '14-'15 MBPS?
Thank you!
Hi! Yes these are 2015 model MBP's
Hi Laura !!! Very interesting ! I have a question . What is that set list program that you use and what it is doing??? Thank you 🙏
Thanks so much! It's called Setlist by Strange Electronic
I always wonder!! Do these backups get used? Have there been circumstances that you need to press that green button and use the backup pc ?!
Yes they do! Not often but very handy. We have them auto switch over so it's seamless.
Hello Laura. What brand, (developer), and reference is this “EC” controller please? THANKS

No I run all the tracks for the band!
Can I run a redundant rig with 2 different versions of a Macbook? For example a 2019 macbook pro and a 2012 macbook pro ?
Yep you can use 2 different versions, you just need to have the same version of the software you're using on both
@@lauraescude thanks a lot!
Hey, can I ask you, why you prefered 2 RMEs (instead of going with stuff like iconnectivity for redundancy) ?
Hi! We are running more channels than the PlayAudios deliver and RME is broadcast quality gear.
HAHA Nobody cares about American idols rig 😂😂😂
