Hi Nate, as you said: create the website/blog first. I do not have an Amazon affiliate link or associates account yet, how do I do this on my Amazon associates application for it to be approved? Pick a product/niche, create website/blog and just promote it without an affiliate link and wait for traffic before applying as an affiliate? Or, can I just apply without a website or any means to post an affiliate link, while I build my website/blog? Can you explain further? This is like the chicken and egg situation for me, sorry.

I'm really appreciative of the time you took to make this video and it's got me started on the right road I've even watched some of your other "more in depth videos" in the link but I still don't know how to take the products from Amazon and list them on my sight. My understanding is it needs to look like they're buying from my sight but they're not actually paying me or buying from my sight. I'm pretty confused. This is the most honest TH-cam channel for online marketing that I have seen. Very informative.
I think the most important part of this is finding the right time to do this in your own time. In the past when i've done this sort of thing. I put my all in way to soon. working full time then coming home to try make more money. I never relaxed and quit because I wasn't enjoying it.

Amazon KDP scammed me out of nearly $4000 dollars. They never provided the media promotion that I spent thousands on because Amazon did not accept my book and they knew Amazon did not accept my book. They weren't done they tried to scam me for $1100. to get a copyright that only costs $125. It was all scam.

Can you just use your TH-cam and Instragram pages as 'websites' or do we have to build a site independent of those? I would be promoting products mainly on those 2 plateforms.
The amazon website says yes you can. I recently applied using my TH-cam channel.

@@nursekristine721 I don't know about tiktok. Amazon doesn't say a specific number. It just says around 500. Go to Amazon homepage, scroll down near the bottom where it says make money with us, then click on become an affiliate. All the info is in there. When I applied just a few days ago it automatically gave me full access to the program & said I have 180 days or 6 months to make 3 sales. Make the sales they'll review my application. Don't make the sale they'll deny my application. Go crush it & make a bunch of money!

Could I add clickable links to pdfs that would be a part of my email mailing marketing or social media to refer or to recommend products to people?
Smart idea but it's still part of the Email. Personally I wouldn't risk my account for this loopwhole. Amazon may know about it.
