I mean its a really tough situation but its always innocent until proven guilty imo.. I live in Australia (formerly night/stripclub bouncer) & its either gonna go one of two ways.. either all allegations are unfortunately founded in truth OR more importantly it COULD be a money grab situation, AUS has very open ended laws regarding this type of incident where as if she was considered to be 'unduly intoxicated' (which could be from dropping your phone to black out drunk, basically upto discretion) but still consented to intimate relations with a physical aspect leaving evidence of such (erotic asphyxiation/choke s3x) it can appear to be an assault if she were to decide to take action legally due to regret of what happened or any other reason. AUS also has a legal precedent to believe ALL victims even if there's no solid proof whatsoever (i.e. based off pure speculation/he said-she said) which would result in a "Carnal knowledge" conviction being the lesser charge for engaging in s3xual activity with someone who has 'compromised consent' e.g. being intoxicated or having relations someone who consents but RETRO-ACTIVELY withdraws it after ANY amount of time passed. the fact its happened so quickly from incident to arrest (extremely unusual) sets off alarm bells.
There is apparently some pretty damning CCTV footage which is probably why it’s moved so quickly. Providing concrete evidence in these situations is usually pretty difficult but if it or at least parts of it were caught on camera it becomes hard to deny.
@@Shad0w5carab in my experience that could be true but the way police work In Australia is they’ll word it like that to sound damning but it’s more likely to be jus cctv of her entering & exiting the room/hotel not footage of the alleged incident itself. Also the alleged photographic evidence would be pics of what we marks are left on her body. Australia has a very rigid outlook socially & legally when it comes to s3x. to say “no one” can consent to rough, CNC s3x yet retroactively decides to withdraw it is contradictory. We’ll jus have tosee what happens. Especially being that race will play a major part of the investigation (people in the UK wouldn’t understand that Aus is genuinely racist) it’ll come down to he said/ she said & wether the courts/judge/jury wanna Belive a petite 20yo white girl or an extremely rich, powerful & famous black man with everything happening in the world rn in regards to Diddy. All I gotta say is I wish him luck & if he’s found to be guilty he’s gonna have a very rough time in a WA prison.
