Corn bun is found everywhere in Sichuan, China.
The cooking method is similar to wrap with tung tree leaves.
There will be tender pumpkin shreds and diced bacon for filling.
I also filtered some cornstarch with corn steep liquor to make a pot of cold corn shrimp.

做法也是大同小異，做法是用油桐樹的樹葉包
裡面會放上嫩南瓜絲和臘肉丁做餡
還用玉米漿過濾了一些玉米澱粉，做了一盆玉米涼蝦
